[摘要]目的：探讨改良Park法重睑术在上睑松弛伴臃腫治疗中的临床效果及其美观度情况。方法：选取2015年6月-2020年6月于青岛市市立医院收治的204例上睑松弛伴臃肿患者。根据手术方法分为对照组及观察组，每组各102例。对照组行传统切开法重睑术，观察组行改良Park法重睑术。比较两组治疗效果、睑裂指标、并发症及美观满意度情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（95.09%）高于对照组（87.25%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组睑裂高度治疗后均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）;两组睑裂宽度治疗后均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率（8.82%）低于对照组（19.61%）（P<0.05）。观察组美观满意度（90.19%）高于对照组（78.43%）（P<0.05）。结论：改良Park法重睑术在上睑松弛伴臃肿治疗中具有良好的修复效果，可改善松弛、臃肿问题，降低并发症，提高美观满意度。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Modified Park's Double Eyelid Surgery in the Treatment of Upper Eyelid Laxity and Bloat

Abstract： Objective  To investigate the clinical effect and aesthetic of modified Park double eyelid surgery in the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation with swelling. Methods  Selected 204 patients admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital from June 2015 to June 2020 with sagging upper lids. According to the surgical method divided into control group and observation group， each group 102 cases. The control group performed traditional incision heavy lid surgery， and the observation group line improved Park method heavy lid surgery. The therapeutic effect， blep split index， complications and aesthetic satisfaction were compared. Results  The overall efficiency of treatment in the observation group （95.09%） was higher than that of the control group （87.25%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Both groups had higher blep rate after treatment than before treatment， and the observation group was higher than the control group （P<0.05）; The overall incidence of complications in the observation group （8.82%） was lower than that in the control group （19.61%） （P<0.05）. The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group （90.19%） was higher than that of the control group （78.43%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion  The modified Park double eyelid surgery has a good clinical effect in the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation with swelling， which can improve the problem of relaxation and swelling， reduce the complications， and improve the aesthetic satisfaction.

随着年龄的逐渐增长，人们的面部皮肤随之老化，以皱纹增加、皮膚组织堆积、上睑松弛、鱼尾纹加深等表现较为常见[1]。研究表明，在中国，自27岁开始，人们的上睑皮肤则开始出现松弛，35岁以上女性人群发生上睑松弛的几率高达85%，已成为常见的临床表现[2]。上睑松弛患者的眼睑位置异常可遮挡睑缘、角膜，引起睫毛内卷、溢泪、畏光、刺痛等症状发生。严重者还可伴发上睑臃肿，致使患侧视野范围缩小，严重影响患者的日常活动[3-4]。因此，如何科学有效地修复上睑松弛伴臃肿是临床迫切需要解决的问题。随着美容医学技术的持续发展，重睑成形术已成为中国整形手术中实施最多的手术。改良Park法重睑术具有结构解剖明确、效果持久、创伤少、风险小等特点，可使患者术后获得自然流畅的眼睑形态，以增加患者的容貌美观度[5]。本研究旨在比较不同重睑术式在上睑松弛伴臃肿修复中的临床效果，总结分析以下经验，以期为临床应用提供一定参考。……
