[摘要] 目的 探讨艾盐包联合脐疗对利凡诺引产术后的镇痛疗效。 方法 选取2018年9月至2020年2月我科收治的利凡诺引产患者158例，随机分为4组，对照组和艾盐包组各38例，脐疗组和艾盐脐疗组各41例，对照组于引产术后实行常规护理;脐疗组于术后采用脐贴治疗;艾盐包组于术后采用艾盐包热熨;艾盐脐疗组于术后采用艾盐包热熨联合脐疗。以疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）来评价四组患者治疗前及治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h的疼痛程度;观察四组患者治疗前及治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h血清五羟色胺（5-HT）值的变化。 结果 脐贴组和艾盐包组VAS评分明显低于对照组，但高于艾盐脐疗组（P<0.05）;脐贴组和艾盐包组5-HT水平明显高于对照组，但低于艾盐脐疗组（P<0.05）。 结论 艾盐包联合脐疗应用于利凡诺引产术后可提高5-HT水平，有效减轻术后疼痛。

Research on the analgesic efficacy of moxa-salt package combined with navel therapy after rivanol induced abortion

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the analgesic efficacy of moxa-salt package combined with navel therapy after rivanol induced abortion. Methods A total of 158 cases of rivanol induced abortion admitted to our department from September 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the control group （n=38）， the moxa-salt package group （n=38）， the navel therapy group （n=41） and the moxa-salt navel therapy group （n=41）. The control group was treated with conventional nursing treatment after induced abortion. The navel therapy group was treated with navel paste after operation. The moxa-salt package group was hot pressed with moxa-salt package after operation. The moxa-salt navel therapy group was treated with moxa-salt hot pressing combined with navel therapy after operation. Pain visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to evaluate the pain degree of the four groups before treatment and 24 h， 48 h and 72 h after treatment. The changes of serum serotonin （5-HT） before treatment and 24 h， 48 h and 72 h after treatment were observed. Results VAS scores of the navel therapy group and the moxa-salt package group were significantly lower than those of the control group but higher than those of the moxa-salt navel therapy group （P<0.05）. The level of 5-HT in the navel therapy group and the moxa-salt package group was significantly higher than that in the control group but lower than that in the moxa-salt navel therapy group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of moxa-salt package combined with navel therapy in rivanol induced abortion can improve the level of 5-HT and effectively relieve postoperative pain.

利凡诺引产是指在妊娠14～27周进行药物终止妊娠，是对于非愿意妊娠、畸形胎儿以及死胎等终止妊娠的一种方法[1]。据报道，全球人工流产数高达533万，其中利凡诺引产占10%～15%，我国每年利凡诺引产为38万左右[2]，利凡诺引产属于中医“小产”范畴，可致冲任受损及胞宫留瘀，气血运行失其道，营血离经，聚于局部，气滞则血瘀，不通则痛[3-5]，患者术后疼痛程度为中重度。目前临床上主要以药物镇痛为主，但药物往往对胃肠道具有不良反应。本研究采用艾盐包联合脐疗来缓解利凡诺引产术后的疼痛，取得较好疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
