摘要：现代建筑工程施工过程中广泛应用各种机械设备，不仅有效提高了生产效率，而且克服了许多施工困难，使得环境复杂且建筑难度较高的建筑工程得以顺利施工建设。在隧道工程中，掘进机就是最常用的机械设备之一。掘进机的正常运行，对隧道工程施工建设具有极为重要的影响。因此，必须对其常见故障的原因进行深入分析，并根据原因采取科学地处理方法有效处理故障问题，保证掘进机正常运行，隧道工程能够顺利施工建设。

Abstract： Various kinds of machinery and equipment are widely used in the construction process of modern building engineering， which not only effectively improves the production efficiency， but also overcomes many construction difficulties， making the construction engineering with complex environment and high building difficulty smoothly constructed. In tunnel engineering， roadheader is one of the most commonly used mechanical equipment. The normal operation of roadheader has a very important influence on the construction of tunnel engineering. Therefore， it is necessary to deeply analyze the causes of its common faults， and take scientific treatment methods to effectively deal with the faults according to the causes， so as to ensure the normal operation of the roadheader and the smooth construction of the tunnel project.

0  引言

自改革开放以来，我国社会经济快速发展，带动了建筑行业的繁荣兴盛。近年来，随着我国城市化建设进程的不断加快，投入了大量的人力、物力进行基础建筑工程和设施建设，其中就包括大量的隧道工程。经过长期的发展，目前我国的隧道开挖技术水平已得到大幅度提高，而且陆续引进了国外先进的施工技术机械设备以及管理方法，结合我国的实际环境及客观条件，经过消化吸引并积极开拓创新，促使我国在隧道工程领域得到了长足发展，与发达国家之间的差距大幅度缩小。当前，在我国隧道工程施工建设过程中，基本已实现了机械化作用。而掘进机就是隧道工程中常用的机械设备之一，一旦掘进机发生故障，必然会对隧道工程施工建设质量和施工安全，造成极为严重地影响，甚至对人民的生命财产安全造成严重地损害。……
