摘要：汽车工业是支持我国经济持续发展的重要支柱。在提倡“绿色发展、生态建设”的大背景下，低碳经济成为汽车产业发展方向，推动新能源汽车产业、技术标准发展势在必行。新能源汽车的未来化，重在产品技术、信息智能、复合材料上，为促进新能源汽车技术发展、增强汽车产业竞争力，本文立足低碳经济背景，对新能源汽车产业影响因素、发展策略、发展趋势进行分析。

Abstract： The automobile industry is an important pillar to support the sustainable development of China's economy. Under the background of "green development and ecological construction"， low-carbon economy has become the development direction of the automobile industry， and it is imperative to promote the development of new energy automobile industry and technical standards. The future of new energy vehicles focuses on product technology， information intelligence and composite materials. In order to promote the technological development of new energy vehicles and enhance the competitiveness of the automobile industry， this paper analyzes the influencing factors， development strategies and development trends of the new energy vehicle industry based on the background of low-carbon economy.

0  引言

从低碳经济的内涵角度看，其要求大幅提高能源的运用效率，加大清洁能源开发力度。与大量排放一氧化碳、二氧化碳到大气环境的传统型汽车相比，新能源汽车的应用展现出低排放、低能耗的优势。同时，这也是为改善环境污染、全球变暖问题提供了有利因素。通过加强对新能源汽车技术、产业发展的研究，能够提高市场用户的驾驶舒适感，改善传统汽车运用带来的问题，为推动我国“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的实现提供助力。从长远效益来看，新能源汽技术的深入开发、研究，对汽车工业和产业快速发展具有重大意义，还能在实现循环经济发展的基础上，给人与自然和谐相处带来积极影响。

1  低碳经济背景下制约我国新能源汽车产业发展的因素

1.1 政策层面

自2009年后，我国大力支持新能源汽车推广试点的建设，并根据新能源汽车的推广形势调整汽车补贴政策。从整体角度看，国家推出的补贴政策呈现出门槛提高、额度紧收的趋势。……
