摘要：随着我国经济的迅猛，建筑行业相较以往也有进行了非常多的革新，预制装配式建筑，就是非常重要的革新之一。预制装配式建筑，是现代建筑中已经广泛投入的一种施工技术。运用该技术可以显著地降低建筑施工对能源的损耗，在提高建筑质量的同时，达到了节能减排的绿色施工目的。

Abstract：With the rapid economic growth of our country，the construction industry has undergone a lot of innovations compared to the past. Prefabricated construction is one of the most important innovations. Prefabricated construction is a construction technology that has been widely invested in modern buildings. The use of this technology can significantly reduce the energy consumption of building construction，while improving the quality of the building，it achieves the goal of green construction of energy saving and emission reduction.

引言：

在社會发展到现阶段，我国国力强盛到了空前的阶段。在这样的时代背景下，所有行业都取得了突飞猛进的进步，建筑行业作为社会经济发展中的中坚力量，更是取得了突出的进步。随着城市化速度的日益加快，住宅建筑工程的需求量在不断增大，因此也衍生出了非常多的新兴建筑施工技术。在众多新型建筑施工技术中，预制装配式建筑施工技术就是极具代表性的一种现代化施工技术。在住宅建筑工程中运用该技术，可以有效的提升住宅建筑的施工质量，并且能有效减少施工过程中，能源过度浪费的情况，可以说预制装配式住宅建筑施工技术的运用，具有划时代的意义。

一、预制装配式住宅建筑的概念

运用预制装配式住宅施工技术建成的住宅建筑，被称为预制装配式住宅建筑。在施工过程中，会全部采用装配式技术以及循环利用技术，将早先已经预制好的各类建筑需要组件，在建筑工程中投入使用。所有建筑组件的原材料，全部由环保材料制成，在建筑中可以灵活的使用，满足人们对于建筑的日常所需。……
