摘要：城市经济迅速发展，综合管廊是一个最适合、最方便重新规整市政建设的空间，它能够很好的规划市政各类管线，也解决了城市后期维护的“马路拉链”和城市景观环境“重压”问题。本文主要从综合管廊的系统类别和限制因素阐述了地下综合管廊对城市市政工程发展的意义，综合管廊是未来城市发展很重要的一部分。

引言

隨着城市经济的快速发展，城市建设中传统的直埋式管线对市政基础设施的弊端已经凸显出来，因此提高城市化程度，提高城市基础设施运行能力和空间集约化离不开对地下空间的开发，地下综合管廊不仅是离地面最近的空间，也是最适合和最方便重新规整地面基础设施的空间[1-4]。与地面空间相比，地下综合管廊具有隔音、隔离、自然灾害影响小、环境污染少、运营方便等优点，综合管廊也成为市政管道设施的重要载体[5-6]。因此，开发利用好地下空间对建设城市市政工程能够发挥关键性作用。

1 综合管廊管线类别

城市中地下综合管廊涉及的公共管线一般有电力电缆、通信、给水管、再生水管、压力污水管、热力管和天然气管线等，从管线的使用范围以及特殊性考虑，规范[7]对管线有明确规定，天然气管道必须独立入舱，热力管道采用蒸汽介质时应独立入舱，热力管道不应与电力电缆同舱敷设，110KV及以上电力电缆，不应与通信电缆同侧布置等。……
