摘要：智能制造是未来制造业核心，是中国制造2025和德国工业4.0战略发展关键，在构建从方案设计、研发创新、生产基地到人才培养高质量的智能制造产业生态体系的过程中，青岛中德生态园积累了一定的经验。本文主要对中德生态园在“创机制、建示范、育人才、出方案、定标准”等5个方面进行分析与总结，旨在对发展智能制造提供案例示范和经验借鉴。

Abstract：Intelligent manufacturing is the core of the future manufacturing industry and the key to the strategic development of made in China 2025 and German industry 4.0. In the process of constructing the ecological system of intelligent manufacturing industry from scheme design， R & D innovation， production base to talent training， Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark has accumulated some experience. This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the five aspects of "creating mechanism， building demonstration， cultivating talents， putting out plans and setting standards" in the ecological park of China and Germany， in order to provide case demonstration and experience reference for the development of intelligent manufacturing.

智能制造是基于新一代信息通信技術与先进制造技术深度融合，融于设计、生产、管理、服务等制造活动各个环节的新型生产方式，发展智能制造是中国制造由大到强的必由之路。青岛中德生态园是中德两国政府间唯一的合作园区，具备完善的智能制造产业生态体系，下文重点介绍中德生态园智能制造产业发展取得的成绩以及一些经验做法，并给出相关产业发展的一些建议。

1.智能制造产业发展状况及成效

中德生态园作为青岛西海岸新区的智能制造基地，按照青岛市和青岛西海岸新区赋予的智能制造产业示范引领的使命，贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念，秉持“田园环境、绿色发展、美好生活”的发展愿景，突出中德合作，实施国际开放融合，科学规划产业空间布局，构建从方案设计、研发创新、生产基地到人才培养四位一体完整的智能制造及相关产业链条。坚持发展智能制造的关键项目和关键技术，打造以智能装备和机器人产业、集成电路产业为主导产业的智能制造产业群，最终形成智能制造产业的高度集聚。……
