摘要：随着信息时代的发展，我国部分传统的行业受到一定的冲击，需要传统行业进行转型和改变。图书馆作为我国历史比较悠久的存在，需要通过信息化管理体系来提高图书馆的工作效率。引用先进的设备、制定个性化服务，让图书馆更加适应新型时代的发展。这些都要求图书馆领导以及工作人员的提高综合素质。结合新传媒方式，利用共享图书资源来满足顾客的需求。根据大数据制定出更多创新的形式。在信息化时代的发展下，通过科技改善图书馆现存的问题。

Abstract： With the development of the information age， some traditional industries in our country have been affected to a certain extent， and traditional industries need to be transformed and changed. 引言：图书馆的基本目的在于向社会传播知识，并且为大家提供一个更好的学习平台。如果一直沿用传统的阅读书刊方法，会大大降低人们学习的效率。虽然我国图书馆已经经验丰富，但仍然存在着一些弊端，利用信息化对图书馆进行系统体系的调整，能够更好的满足顾客对书籍的需求。因此，本文从分析信息化管理对于图书的必要性以及当下图书馆管理存在的一些问题、怎么样才能更好的结合信息化发展，图书馆采取的方法与措施有哪些，从这几个方面进行简要的阐述。

一、信息化管理对于图书馆的必要性
