【摘要】目的：探究与分析优质护理在神经内科重症护理中的临床应用效果。方法：在2019年1月至2020年1月期间内开展此次研究，80例于我院神经内科诊治的重症患者作为分析对象进入研究，按照其接受的护理方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受优质护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：在护理有效率方面，观察组患者的结果为97.5%，对照组患者的结果为77.5%，前者高于后者（P<0.05）。结论：给予神经内科重症患者应用优质护理，效果显著，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical application effect of quality nursing care in neurology intensive care. Methods： This study was conducted between January 2019 and January 2020. 80 patients with critical illnesses treated in the neurology department of our hospital were enrolled in the study， and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods they received. Patients in the control group received conventional care， while those in the observation group received quality care， and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result： In terms of nursing efficiency， the results for the patients in the observation group were 97.5% and those for the control group were 77.5%， with the former being higher than the latter （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of quality nursing care to critically ill patients in neurology is effective and worth promoting.

在神经内科重症监护室进行治疗的患者，其病情危急，进展快速，在给予有效治疗同时还应辅以优质的护理[1]。我院在2019年1月至2020年1月期间内开展研究，此阶段内我院神经内科收治的80例重症患者作为分析对象，研究中采用的是平行对照的方法。研究具体内容如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

在2019年1月至2020年1月期间内开展此次研究，此阶段内我院收治的80例神经内科重症患者作为分析对象进入研究。按照其接受的护理方法的不同将其分为两组，分别以观察组和对照组命名。对照组中有40例，其中23例男、17例女，患者年龄35-67岁，平均（46.2±1.3）岁。观察组中有40例，其中22例男、18例女，患者年龄34-66岁，平均（47.1±1.8）岁。所有患者或其家属均在自愿的基础上签署参与同意书。经分析，两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等各方面的指标均无明显的差异性，P>0.05，不会对以后研究结果造成相关影响。……
