摘要：目的 用碘伏棉捻对诊断为单纯外耳道息肉的患耳进行填塞，观察病例十只耳，息肉皆有效的缩小或清除。方法 用卷棉子取医用消毒棉片醮适量医用碘伏，填塞于外耳道息肉周围，每日换药一次，连续治疗4—7天。结果 息肉明显缩小或脱落，其间可轻轻夹取而出，治疗后期息肉皆消失，该部位为正常上皮组织。结论 简单碘伏棉捻进行外耳道填塞有助于清除外耳道息肉。

Summary The affected ears diagnosed with polyps in the external ear canal were stuffed in with iodovolt cotton twist. 引言

患单纯外耳道息肉的患者中，很大一部分外耳道肿胀明显，内容窥不清，同时伴有较多的分泌物。对这部分患耳先冲洗外耳道，用碘伏棉捻填塞外耳道一日，发现外耳道肿胀减轻。基于此方法对外耳道息肉周围进行填塞发现息肉缩小明显，为达到治疗外耳道息肉的目的，每日换药一次发现息肉缩小一次，有的息肉块可随棉捻带出，有的用枪状镊轻轻夹取可出，对残余微小的息肉填塞后发现息肉消失。此治疗过程患者痛苦小，方法简单有效，值得推广。

1方法

一般诊断为外耳道息肉的患者，先用双氧水清洗外耳道分泌物，再用碘伏棉捻填塞外耳道，可见息肉时填塞至息肉周围，尽量让患者不感觉到疼痛或能忍受为止，每日换药一次。一般约三天息肉明显缩小。有的息肉可随碘伏棉捻带出，有的轻轻夹取就可取出。对于残留的息肉继续进填塞，直至息肉消失。

注意事项 对外耳道肿胀的患者，可先用碘伏棉捻填塞外耳道，待可见息肉后，再進行息肉周填塞。……
