摘要：目的：观察分析中频脉冲电治疗佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎的有效性及经济学研究。方法：将2016年7月至2017年6月我院接收的100例儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿进行研究，根据随机抽签法进行分组，将其分为实验组和参照组，每组各50例。参照组患儿选择常规西医药治疗，实验组则是在参照组的西医药治疗基础上使用中频脉冲治疗仪辅助治疗，比较两组病人的治疗信息以及不良反应、治疗效果的情况。结果：实验组患儿的咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音持续时间、肺部炎症的吸收时间以及总治疗花费情况显著优于参照组，差异较大（P<0.05）;实验组病人的不良反应情况也优于参照组，差异较大（P<0.05），实验组病人的治疗效果也优于参照组，差异较大（P<0.05）。结论：对儿童社区活动性肺炎患者的临床治疗中，在其常规的给药治疗基础上联合中频脉冲电治疗是一种理想的治疗方式，其可以显著提升患儿的治疗效果，且没有明显的不良反应，可以有效的降低疾病对于患儿家庭的经济压力，可以值得临床推广。

【 Abstract 】 Objective： To observe and analyze the effectiveness and Economic Research of medium frequency pulse electrotherapy for community acquired pneumonia in adjuvant children.Methods： a total of 100 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were studied and divided into experimental and reference groups according to random drawing method， with 50 patients in each group.Children in the reference group were selected for routine western medicine treatment， while children in the experimental group were treated adjuvantly using a medium frequency pulse therapy instrument based on the western medicine treatment in the reference group， and the treatment information as well as the adverse effects and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results： children in the experimental group had significantly better cough， fever， duration of pulmonary rales， resorption time due to pulmonary inflammation， and total treatment spent than the reference group （P < 0.05;Patients in the experimental group also had a better profile of adverse effects than the reference group with more differences （P < 0.05）， and patients in the experimental group also had better outcomes than the reference group with more differences （P < 0.05）.Conclusions： in the clinical treatment of patients with active pneumonia in the community of children， combined with mid frequency pulsed electrical therapy on the basis of its conventional administration treatment is an ideal treatment modality， which can significantly improve the treatment of children without obvious adverse effects， can effectively reduce the financial pressure on the families of the children and can be worth clinical promotion.

社区获得性肺炎（Community acquired pneumonia，CAP）属于临床上极为常见的感染性肺部实质炎症，这是一种各种情况的总称，一般指的患者在医院外的任何场所受到病原体感染最终导致的肺炎（涵盖广义上的肺间质炎症，包括肺泡壁），即便是患者存在感染情况而尚未发病因，住院后临床发病仍被归纳为社区获得性肺炎[1]。一般来说免疫功能较差的儿童以及老年人属于社区获得性肺炎的易感人群，尤其是气候交替之际，相较于中老年人的治疗，儿童获得性肺炎因为患儿自身的体质问题，采取系统规律的西医药对症治疗后，存在较长的恢复时间过长的问题。而且部分患儿久治不愈，临床症状反反复复，顽固性啰音、频繁咳嗽、持续咳痰此类症状会严重影响患儿的正常成长发育，且其还可能导致呼吸困难、发热、食欲不振等其他原因，最终导致疾病出现恶化情况[2]。……
