摘要：目的 观察盐酸丁卡因胶浆在临床应用宫颈癌腔内后装治疗、扩张阴道、宫颈口的镇痛效果。方法 将宫颈癌腔内后装三维治疗患者随机分为两组，治疗组在探测宫腔及放置施源器前涂用盐酸丁卡因胶浆在阴扩器上行阴道黏膜及宫颈黏膜表皮上麻醉;对照组不使用任何镇痛药物，观察两组第一次治疗及后续后装治疗的疼痛情况。结果 治疗组患者第一次治疗及后续后装多次治疗中的疼痛程度更轻，P<0.05。治疗组局部麻醉均止痛总有效率100%。对照组未用任何镇痛药物及局部麻醉药物，疼痛率为100%。结论 宫颈癌后装治疗时使用盐酸丁卡因胶浆进行麻醉，能显著缓解后装操作及放置施源器治疗中的疼痛。

ABSTRACT： Objective To observe the analgesic effect of tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage in the treatment of cervical cancer， dilatation of vagina and cervix. Methods The patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Before detecting the uterine cavity and placing the applicator， the treatment group was applied with tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage and anesthetized on the vaginal mucosa and cervical mucosal epidermis ascending from the vaginal speculum. The control group did not use any analgesic drugs， and the pain of the first treatment and subsequent loading treatment were observed. Result The pain degree of the patients in the treatment group was lighter in the first treatment and after the treatment after the treatment， P < 0.05. The total effective rate was 100%. The control group did not use any analgesic drugs and local anesthetics， the pain rate was 100%. Conclusion Tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage was used for anesthesia during afterloading treatment of cervical cancer， which can significantly relieve the pain during the afterloading operation and the placement of the applicator for treatment.

宫颈癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一[1]。近距离放射治疗应用于宫颈癌已经上百年[2]，宫颈癌腔内后装治疗是治疗该疾病的主要方法之一。中、晚期宫颈癌的局部病灶变化大，各型宫颈癌表面多有深浅不等的上皮破坏，出血及坏死，宫颈管粘连、狭窄，变形，后装治疗中患者出现极度疼痛，加剧了患者的紧张、恐惧，影响后装操作探腔及置源方法。腔内后装治疗盐酸丁卡因胶浆在临床应用宫颈癌腔内的镇痛方法。此次研究运用0.08g盐酸丁卡因胶浆（西安利君精华药业国药准字H61022993）行三维后装腔内治疗前的阴道宫颈黏膜表面麻醉，观察治疗组和对照组第一次治疗和后续多次三维后装治疗的疼痛评价，两组的临床镇痛效果进行比较。

选择2019年12月-2020年12月在本院住院的宫颈癌患者156例，随机分成治疗组（盐酸丁卡因胶浆组）及对照组（不使用任何镇痛药物）。……
