摘要：简要介绍了我国脚轮产业发展概况，以产品生产序列为导向设计标准体系架构，围绕脚轮产品的设计、生产、管控、测试与评价、售后、服务、回收利用和品牌创建等各环节，构建科学合理、全面协调的脚轮标准体系，并提出标准化工作建议，为脚轮产品创新提供标准化技术支撑，为传统脚轮企业转型升级和实施脚轮标准化战略提供参考。

Research on the Establishment of Castors Standards System

Abstract： This paper introduces the development of my countrys castor industry. The standard system framework is designed with product production sequence as the guide. It focuses on the design， production， control， testing and evaluation， after-sales， service， recycling and brand creation of castor products. Reasonable and comprehensively coordinated castor standard system， and put forward standardization work recommendations， provide standardized technical support for castor product innovation， and provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional castor enterprises and the implementation of castor standardization strategies.

1 引言

“腳轮”泛指家具、手推车、各类工业机械上的轮子，广泛应用于现代工业、交通和生活等各方面，以便于人们更为快捷的搬运。随着智能制造和人们对高质量生活的需要，市场对脚轮产品功能和质量的要求随之提升，传统脚轮产业应积极寻求产业升级和高质量发展。

近数十年间，我国脚轮行业进入了成长期，脚轮产业成为机械、物流、医疗、家居等产业的重要配套产业，产品种类也越来越丰富。但是，脚轮行业普遍存在同质化严重，因脚轮应用范围的扩展，而相应的国家标准和行业标准又未及时制修订，脚轮标准体系不健全等问题，已严重影响脚轮产业的高速发展。因此，现阶段研究脚轮产业现状，构建科学合理和科学先进的脚轮标准体系，为脚轮产品创新提供标准化技术支撑，为传统脚轮企业转型升级和实施脚轮标准化战略提供有益参考，对我国脚轮产业良性高速发展具有积极意义。
