摘要：电子血压计和水银血压计都是当前应用比较广泛的血压计，两者在使用过程中存在一定的差异，比如，电子血压计主要是使用示波法的原理，而且血压计的体积比较小，方便携带，操作也比较简单，特别是家庭使用，而且电子血压计也不会对环境造成影响，非常符合当前绿色环保的理念。而水银血压计则是临床诊断常用的仪器之一，是测量患者血压以及对患者血压等级分级的重要仪器，但是其体积较大，不利于携带。为了进一步提高对电子血压计和水银血压计的认识，论文对两者之间存在的差异进行分析。

Discussion on the Difference of Electronic Sphygmomanometer and Mercury Sphygmomanometer

Abstract： Electronic sphygmomanometers and mercury sphygmomanometers are currently widely used sphygmomanometers. There are certain differences between the two in the process of use. For example， electronic sphygmomanometers mainly use the principle of oscillometric method， and the size of the sphygmomanometer  is relatively small， easy to carry， and relatively simple to operate， especially for home use， and the electronic sphygmomanometer will not affect the environment， which is in line with the current concept of green environmental protection. The mercury sphygmomanometer is one of the commonly used instruments for clinical diagnosis. It is an important instrument for measuring the blood pressure of the patient and grading the blood pressure level of the patient. However， its large size is not convenient for carrying. In order to further improve the understanding of electronic sphygmomanometers and mercury sphygmomanometers， this article analyzes the differences between the two.

電子血压计和水银血压计具有各自的优缺点，在使用操作中，都会受到仪器自身以及环境因素的影响，所以在使用过程中，应当结合两者的优缺点来选择恰当的血压计。在使用过程中，还要结合两者的影响因素，减少误差影响，保证测量准确性。

1 电子血压计和水银血压计的优缺点分析

1.1 电子血压计的优缺点

（1）电子血压计的优点

电子血压计的体积比较小，在使用和携带过程中都比较方便，因此电子血压计比较适合家庭以及旅游过程中使用。而且电子血压计的使用操作比较简单，一般人员都可以进行操作，并不需要专业的医护人员进行操作，所以电子血压计在广大人群中有着较高的适用性。而且电子血压计在使用过程中对人体并不会造成不良的影响。……
