【摘    要】陶行知是我国著名的教育家，他的很多教育理念深深影响着现代的教育，比如“生活即教育、社会即学校、教学合一”“ 爱满天下”“敢探未发明的新理，敢入未开化的边疆”等。其中“爱满天下”的教育理念是陶行知先生真挚、无私、博爱的一种体现，更是跨越家庭、性别等大爱的体现。因此，本文就以陶行知“愛满天下”思想在幼儿教育中的应用为重点，开展相应的探讨。

The Application of Tao Xingzhi's "Love All the World" Thought in Preschool Education

【Abstract】Tao Xingzhi is a well-known educator in my country. Many of his educational concepts have deeply influenced modern education， such as "Life is education， society is school， teaching unity"，"Love the world"， "Dare to explore the uninvented""Dare to enter the uncivilized frontier" and so on. Among them， the educational philosophy of "love the whole world" is a manifestation of Tao Xingzhi's sincerity， selflessness， and fraternity， as well as a manifestation of great love that transcends family and gender. Therefore， this article focuses on the application of Tao Xingzhi's "love the world" thought in preschool education， and carries out corresponding discussions.

幼儿教育作为最基础的教育，在教育体系中有着非常重要的作用。幼儿教师除了需要拥有基本的知识和能力外，“爱满天下”的教育精神也是必须具备的。对于幼儿来说，他们的身体和心理，都不能缺少爱的养分，只有保证这一基础，才能让幼儿更好地实现健康成长。“爱满天下”的教育思想有三个鲜明的特点，那就是爱国、爱民、爱教育。也正是因为有这种思想，也让人明白陶行知对教育有着个人执着的追求，同时也更能够彰显他胸怀之爱的广博性。“爱满天下”的教育思想除了可以引导教师做好其本职工作外，还能更好地让他们关爱自己的学生，让幼儿可以在教师的关爱下中茁壮成长。

一、尊重平等的爱

在《和教师的谈话》中陶行知先生写道，“漂亮的孩子人人都爱，爱不漂亮孩子才是教师真正的爱”，这句话中“不漂亮”不只是容貌上的，更多的是个体差异上的。人的个体差异是天然的，其表现也是从外部到内部，外部如人的容貌、家庭等，内部如人的能力、性格等，幼儿教师作为幼儿生命中重要的一位知识素养的教授者，尊重幼儿的个体差异，平等地爱每一个幼儿，是教师应该做的。……
