【摘    要】回族、东乡族学生因为流动性较大，加之父母的育人观念和文化水平普遍不高，无法给予孩子应有的帮助和辅导，导致他们在汉族学校学习能力较弱，尤其数学学习方面问题突出。因此，促使他们愿学、乐学、会学数学，就成了提升他们数学学习能力的关键。我们在研究实践中总结出了一些可行性做法：引领家长成为孩子学习的助力者;抓好学生基本数学素养是核心;课后多管齐下扬自信;日常学科整合融一体。

A Brief Discussion on the Strategies of Training the Hui Students' Mathematics Learning Ability

【Abstract】Because of the high mobility of Hui and Dongxiang students， coupled with the generally low education concept and cultural level of their parents， they are unable to give their children the necessary help and guidance， resulting in their weak learning ability in Han schools. Especially the problems in mathematics learning are prominent. Therefore， motivating them to be willing to learn， enjoy learning， and be able to learn mathematics has become the key to improving their mathematics learning ability. In our research and practice， we have summed up some feasible approaches： leading parents to become facilitators of children's learning; grasping the basic mathematics literacy of students is the core; multi-pronged after class to promote self-confidence; integration of daily disciplines.

筆者所在学校因为特殊的地理位置，招收的少数民族学生占全校总人数的25%。他们的家长绝大多数属于文盲或者半文盲，平时忙于生计，对于孩子的学习关心甚少，对孩子良好学习习惯的培养更无从谈起。最令教师头疼的是他们的学前教育，为了节省开支，很多家长都不愿意让孩子上幼儿园。孩子入学后，识字能力几乎为零，理解能力更弱，这些学生每班都分布有12人左右，课堂上教师尽管极力实施差异化教学，但时间有限，对于他们的学习需求和困惑无法一一满足。为了培养他们的数学学习能力，我们历经两年的实践研究，总结了一些可行性做法，分享如下。

一、引领家长成为孩子学习的助力者

（一）以身边的事例不断感染家长

一些少数民族学生的家长因为学历低，所以不重视孩子的教育。2017年高考，玉门市**中学回族学生马某某以668分的成绩考入了清华大学。……
