【摘    要】随着信息技术的不断发展，互联网信息对小学生的生活影响程度也越来越深，小学生“三观”正处于形成阶段，非常容易受到不良信息的影响。学校作为培养学生的主要阵地，关注学生心理健康是学校教学的重要任务之一，学校若能重视学生心理健康教育，教师和家长也会响应号召，主动关注小学生的心理健康，保证学生心理健康发展，最终成为社会栋梁之材。本文将围绕促进小学生的心理健康提出几项策略，以期实现小学生的全面发展。

Mental Health Education Strategy for Primary School Students

【Abstract】With the continuous development of information technology， the impact of Internet information on the lives of primary school students is getting deeper and deeper. Primary school students' "Three Views" are in the forming stage， and they are very susceptible to bad information. Schools are the main position for cultivating students. Paying attention to the mental health of students is one of the important tasks of school teaching. If the school attaches importance to the education of students' mental health， teachers and parents will also respond to the call and actively pay attention to the mental health of primary school students to ensure the development of their mental health ， and eventually become the talent of the pillars of society. This article will put forward several strategies to promote the mental health of primary school students in order to achieve the overall development of primary school students.

傳道、受业、解惑是教师的主要责任，自然需要关注小学生的心理健康，承担起培养小学生心理健康的责任。小学生年龄小，正处于个体自我概念形成的重要时期，学生的心理也很容易出现问题，也是坏习惯最容易养成的时期，此时学生若是心理出现问题，将会直接影响学生后期的行为，作为小学生的主要引导者教师需要关注学生的心理状态，为此，本文将主要研究小学生心理健康教育的有效策略。

一、加强教师心理健康教育，优化教师心理素质

学校是学生学习的主要场所，小学生大部分的时间都在学校，小学也是学生正式接触集体生活的主要场所，初次接触集体生活，小学生年龄又小，自然需要学校关注小学生的心理变化情况，通过学校的干预降低学生心理健康教育出现问题的可能性。而教师与学生接触最为密切，小学生的向师性也决定了教师的教学行为和态度对学生的心理健康有直接的影响，学校若想要切实提升小学生的心理健康素质则需要从提升教师的心理健康教育素养和心理健康状态入手。……
