【摘    要】农村留守儿童家长对孩子的管教思想观念急需转换;教师的一言一行也直接影响着孩子的言行举止及健康身心的形成与发展;孩子要学会从自身的角度处理事情，树立自立自强的道德品质;学校要有计划地组织教师和学生全面参与心理健康教育科研活动，在提高教师科研水平的同时促进教育教学活动，提高教师心理健康教育科研水平。本文主要结合留守儿童群体的心理现状，探讨如何联合各方关注留守儿童心理问题，促进其全面成长。

【Abstract】Parents of left-behind children in rural areas urgently need to change their thoughts on the discipline of their children; The teachers words and deeds also directly affect the children's words and deeds and the formation and development of a healthy body and mind; children must learn to handle things from their own perspective and establish a moral character of self-reliance and self-reliance ; schools must organize teachers and students to participate in mental health education and scientific research activities in a planned way， promote education and teaching activities while improving teachers' scientific research level， and improve teachers' mental health education and scientific research. This article mainly combines the psychological status of the left-behind children group to discuss how to unite all parties to pay attention to the psychological problems of the left-behind children and promote their all-round growth.

一、留守兒童心理问题分析

（一）家庭因素

有些留守儿童处于单亲家庭，只有一位监护人照顾其上学和食宿。与此同时部分单亲家长还要承担很多家务活，既要做家务又要赚钱养家。因此，许多家长对于留守儿童的教育存在精力不足的问题。还有少数家庭是一位家长抚养孩子，另一位家长在外打工，也十分容易造成家庭教育缺失问题，因为父亲教育方式和态度可能会更严厉，缺乏耐心，无法像母亲一样细致，而母亲可能更习惯关爱孩子，有可能会溺爱孩子，父母的教育有时是相辅相成、缺一不可的。还有些父母长期在外，父母对孩子的陪伴缺位，孩子与父母缺乏交流。从年龄来看，父母和孩子的亲情关系影响着孩子的价值观、人生观及人格的形成。而那些不好的家庭因素影响到了孩子们的终身发展和今后处事的心态，使这些留守儿童群体在情绪上慢慢变得焦躁、悲愤、易怒、抑郁，性格也慢慢形成自卑孤僻、缺乏自爱自尊、不懂关爱和信任、没有责任心、怀疑一切，报复一切等不同程度的心理问题。……
