【摘  要】随着教育理念和教育水平的不断提升，学前教育的质量也成为国家和父母关注的重点，在学前阶段幼儿的自主意识正处于发展形成的关键期，若是无法在此阶段很好地培养幼儿的自主性会使幼儿在潜意识中过于依赖他人，对后期幼儿的全面发展会有非常不良的影响。为此，教师需要思考可以有效培养幼儿自主性的方法，游戏作为幼儿喜欢的娱乐方式可以发挥出不可替代的作用，基于此，本文将主要研究利用角色游戏促进幼儿自主性发展的有效策略。

A Study on the Role of Role Play in the Development of Children's Autonomy

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of educational concepts and levels of education， the quality of preschool education has become the focus of attention of the country and parents. In the preschool stage， childrens autonomy is in a critical period of development and formation. If it cannot be well cultivated at this stage the autonomy of young children will make young children too dependent on others in the subconscious， which will have a very negative impact on the overall development of children in the later period. For this reason， teachers need to think about methods that can effectively cultivate children's autonomy. Games can play an irreplaceable role as children's favorite entertainment methods. Based on this， this article will mainly study the effective strategies of using role games to promote children's autonomy development.

一、給予幼儿自主选择设计角色游戏的机会

以往教师在设计游戏的内容和类型时往往都是直接决定，这在很大程度上浪费了培养幼儿自主性的机会，要想借助角色游戏培养幼儿的自主性，自然需要创造一切可以让幼儿自主的机会。为此，教师可以从设计角色游戏类型和内容入手，给予幼儿自主选择赫尔设计角色游戏的机会。首先，教师可以让幼儿自己决定角色游戏的类型，通常情况下角色游戏都是以生活场景或者动画片中的人物为主要依据的，教师可以在开展游戏之前先通过谈话向幼儿征求意见，一方面教师可以向幼儿询问其最喜欢的动画片名字以及人物，并且询问若是让幼儿扮演动画片中的人物想要在怎样的情境中，将幼儿的想法进行收集和整理之后再设计角色游戏，这样的角色游戏会得到幼儿的喜爱和认同，同时当幼儿发现自己的意见和想法在游戏中得以体现，也会让幼儿感受到自己的自主性权利，对培养幼儿自主性非常有帮助。……
