摘 要：加强华人网络资源社群档案建设可以传承数字时代的中华文化基因，推动新时代华人社群对民族文化的身份认同。文章对当前华人网络资源社群档案建设现状进行调研，发现相关项目存在建设定位较模糊、建设内容较分散、建设动力不充足、建设主体较单一等问题，并有针对性地提出了设计清晰立体的建设定位体系、构建立足根源的建设内容框架、开发服务导向的建设动力机制以及培养循环发展的建设主体生态等对策建议。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Community Archives Construction of Online Resources from Overseas Chinese

Abstract：The community archives construction of Chinese online resources can inherit the national cultural genes and promote the community cognition. An online survey is been conducted on the current status of the overseas Chinese community archives construction. Its found that there are current characteristics and problems such as unclear construction positioning， scattered theme content， insufficient construction motivation， and low participation of overseas Chinese. In response to the above problems， countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to establish a value system for the construction of community archives， construct a content framework for diversified community archives，develop a service-oriented construction power mechanism and cultivate a cyclical development of the stakeholder ecosystem.

1 引 言

档案一直以来都是人们表达自我、设立边界、寻求认同和文化根源的土壤。我国经过历史积淀形成大一统文化与中庸思想，使得生活在国内的人对于社群档案的需求并不强烈。但人是流动的，自改革开放以来，华人的足迹已几乎遍及全球，人的流动会带来文化上的冲突，也就产生了对社群档案的需求，这便是华人社群档案研究的逻辑起点。尽管华人社群活跃在境外多个国家、多个地区，但是由于缺乏有效的媒介或载体，华人在话语表达和身份认同上面临着较大困难。档案是记忆和存在的物化，社群档案是特定群体记忆和存在的集中物化，将其置于话语、记忆、认同等西方社会文化语境下，不仅将承担重要的符号价值和政治意义，同时也会是华人构建社群文化氛围的重要媒介。

随着互联网的发展，华人社群不仅在现实世界中留下了纸质档案，也在网络世界中留下了難以计数的数字资源，这些数字资源原生于网络环境，分散保存在世界各国的服务器中，客观记录了网络时代华人的线上社会、经济和文化活动，即华人网络资源。……
