摘 要：为研究社会公众对档案的关注度和认同度，分析档案社交媒体形象，论文采集新浪微博的档案主题文本，通过高频词分析、LDA主题聚类和情感分析，揭示档案主题内容和用户情感倾向。研究结果表明：社会公众对档案的关注度较高，档案价值主体不断扩展；多数档案主题微博具有积极情感，社会公众对档案的认同度较高；少数档案主题微博具有消极情感，档案社交媒体形象有待优化。

Research on Archives Topic Identification and Sentiment Analysis of Microblog from the Perspective of Users

Abstract：In order to research the publics attention and recognition to archives and analyze the archives social media image， this paper collects the archives theme texts of Sina Weibo， and reveals the archives theme content and users emotional tendency through the way of high-frequency word analysis， LDA theme clustering and emotion analysis. The results show that the public pays more attention to archives and the subject of archives value is expanding； Most archives themed microblogs have positive emotions， and the public has a high degree of recognition of archives； A few archives themed microblogs have negative emotions， and the archives social media image needs to be optimized.

1 引 言

档案来源于人类社会的各个领域，[1]既是人类记忆的载体，也可以反映认知并激发情感，档案价值不仅体现于档案的结构化内容与理性记录，也体现于人与档案互动中的非结构化内容与感性认知，[2]因而研究社会公众对档案的认知与情感对于提升档案价值的认同度具有重要意义。在社交媒体时代，微博、微信、短视频等被深入应用到档案活动之中，是档案社会化的重要载体。社交媒体的开放性、社区化、互动性等特性有利于档案信息的快速分享与有效传播，为社会公众形成和利用档案提供了良好体验，无形中提高了档案的知名度和社会影响力。[3]其中，微博突破了现实身份和人际关系的限制，其信息来源多样，话题讨论开放，传播受众广泛，[4][5]信息发布与观点表达真实，用户交流更加广泛而充分，用户可围绕档案问题发起话题并讨论。这些内容大多是用户对档案的主观认识和真实评价，对其进行内容挖掘和情感分析，可以揭示社会公众聚焦的档案问题，深入了解社会对档案价值的认同度。……
