幼儿园幼儿体能课程活动的开展原则及实施策略

摘  要:幼儿园开展科学、适当、趣味的体能课程活动,不仅能够焕发幼儿学习的潜能,增强幼儿身的体素质,还能够促进幼儿园教学质量的提升。然而,在幼儿园的实际教学中,体能课程活動的开展较为倚重运动设施与游戏形式,场面有形有序,热热闹闹,但幼儿的体能并未得到促进与提高。由此可见,现阶段幼儿园体能课程活动,只是停留在形式上,并未能够从“体能”方面去开展有效的提升课程活动。基于此,本文以幼儿“体能”为切入点,简要论述幼儿园幼儿体能课程活动的开展原则,并提出可行性的实施策略,旨在促进幼儿在学前教育中能够身心健康地全面发展。

Principles and implementation strategies of kindergarten children's physical fitness curriculum activities

【Abstract】Carrying out scientific,appropriate and interesting physical curriculum activities in kindergartens can not only radiate children's learning potential,enhance children's physical quality,but also promote the improvement of kindergarten teaching quality. However,in the actual teaching of kindergartens,the development of physical fitness curriculum activities relies more on sports facilities and game forms. The scenes are tangible and orderly,hot and noisy,but children's physical fitness has not been promoted and improved. It can be seen that at this stage,kindergarten physical fitness curriculum activities only stay in form,and can not carry out effective curriculum activities from the aspect of "physical fitness". Based on this,taking children's "physical fitness" as the starting point,this paper briefly discusses the development principles of children's physical fitness curriculum activities in kindergartens,and puts forward feasible implementation strategies,in order to promote children's all-round development of physical and mental health in preschool education.

教育部门在《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(2016)明确指出,幼儿园教育目标与内容最重要的就是幼儿的体质健康教育。体能课程活动,是幼儿全面发展的重要保证,是落实素质教育的核心内容。它不仅能够帮助幼儿的身体得到有效锻炼,“野蛮”幼儿筋骨,还能够培养幼儿的品德意志,“文明”幼儿精神,实现幼儿身、心全面发展与提升,对于幼儿的成长与成才,具有不可替代的重要作用作用。因此,教师在开展幼儿体能课程活动时,要循序原则,合理控制,发挥体能课程活动有效性的同时,也要避免不恰当运动方式对幼儿造成的不必要伤害,让幼儿更好的去体验与享受体能课程活动的快乐,进而实现幼儿身心素质全面提升。

1. 幼儿园体能课程活动的开展原则

(1)目标性原则

幼儿园体能课程活动开展的本质是促进幼儿体能的锻炼与意志的磨练。由此,要以幼儿发展目标为核心,将幼儿园的各种教育设施有机结合在一起,并充分了解幼儿自身的发展特点与体能活动需求,让其体能课程活动内容与方法具有明确性、衡量性、实际性与可完成性的目标性原则,以此来让幼儿的体能训练更具实效。

(2)发展性原则

幼儿的良性发展,是幼儿园教育的总体目标,因此,体能课程活动的起点与终点都应该是以促进幼儿发展为基本原则。与此同时,幼儿在体能课程活动中的发展,并不是只体现在知识与技能的增长,还要有过程与方法的掌握,情感态度与价值观念的体验,以幼儿为活动中心,一切教学活动的实施都以幼儿的发展为基石,这样才能让体能课程活动切实提高幼儿的心理与身体素质。
