◆摘  要：目的：调查新冠肺炎疫情对医学生心理健康及未来就业趋向影响。方法：选取2020年9月至10月以山东第一医科大学400名本科生作为研究对象，线上问卷调查研究，问卷内容涵盖基本资料、新冠肺炎疫情对心理健康影响、新冠肺炎疫情对就业方向选择影响，个人对疫情的态度与想法四方面。结果：收回有效问卷395份，问卷有效率98.75%。结果表明，调查对象情绪受新冠肺炎疫情影响程度中以“影响一般”占比最高，绝大多数人更愿意进入呼吸、传染、急诊等人员短缺的科室，并认为新冠肺炎疫情增强了专业自豪感。结论：新冠肺炎疫情对临床医学本科生心理健康影响不明显，对未来就业科室选择趋向性具有明显影响。

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the mental health of medical students and their future employment. Method： From September to October 2020， 400 undergraduates from Shandong First Medical University were selected to conduct an online anonymous questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire covers basic information， the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on mental health， the direction of the COVID-19 epidemic on employment choice impact， and personal attitudes and thoughts on the epidemic. Results： 395 valid questionnaires were recovered， and the questionnaire effective rate was 98.75%. The results show that the survey respondents emotions are affected by the COVID-19 epidemic with the highest proportion of “normally affected”. The vast majority of people are willing to enter departments where there is a shortage of personnel in such epidemics， such as respiratory， infection， and emergency departments， and believe that the COVID-19 epidemic has increased professional pride. Conclusion： The COVID-19 epidemic does not have a significant impact on the mental health of clinical medical undergraduates， and has a significant impact on the choice of future employment departments.

1引言

2020年爆发了全球性的新冠肺炎疫情致使国内停工停学。期间大学生长期在家隔离，于封闭的居家式环境下，过多电子产品的使用与运动锻炼的缺少使其产生压抑焦虑的心理状态，研究显示：仅2020年2月3日至10日，约45%的大学生存在心理健康问题。然而阿斯塔纳医科大学研究却表明，医学生在疫情后出现抑郁、焦虑等情况降低，表明居家隔离期间网络学习给医学生带来了不同于在校学习的体验，反而产生了积极的心理影响。为明确此次新冠肺炎疫情是否会影响作为将来医疗工作主力军的医学生心理健康水平及其以后工作的选择趋向性，本研究问卷调研新冠肺炎疫情对医学生心理健康及未来就业影响，实现了对疫情期间医学生心理状态和就业倾向情况的综合评估，对医学生心理健康教育和就业趋向性有一定的实际意义。……
