Treatment of Grounding Fault of QfSN-600-2YHG Eenerator

[ Abstract] Once the generator realizes the grounding fault， it will directly affect the operation performance of the whole unit， and even causedifferent degrees of damage to the intemal parts of the generator. Taking "qfsn-600-2yhg generator" as an example， aiming at the grounding fault of thegenerator， this paper finds out the causes of the fault from three aspects of analysis， inspection and test verification， and takes corresponding measuresto deal with and solve it， so as to ensure the stability， reliability and safery of the generator operation. Hope that through this study， to provide effectivereference for maintenance personnel.

發电机经过长时间运行后，难免会遇到接地故障问题，这一问题如果没有得到及时处理和解决，将会给操作人员造成人身安全隐患或者财产安全隐患。因此，为了将发电机接地故障出现可能性降到最低，提高发电机的运行性能，对于QFSN-600-2YHG型发电机而言，如何科学处理其接地故障问题时维修人员必须思考和解决的问题。

1 发电机及其接地保护概况

1.1 发电机概述

QFSN-600-2YHG型发电机具体参数如下：额定功率为600 MW，发电机额定电压和额定电流分别为20 kV、19245A，发电机定子绕组度数达到了60。在发电机的出线口处，将封闭母线接入到变压器中，同时，发电机的出口位置不设置任何断路器。

1.2 定子接地保护

当零序电压符合相关标准值后，定子接地保护才能取得相应的成效，对于定子接地而言，其保护范围土要包含机端定子绕组以及单相接地装置等。通过将其与定子接地保护装置进行合并后，从而最大限度地提高发电机接地保护效率和效果。此外，还要将该保护装置与3U。电压进行有效接入，并将发电机内部的各个绕组进行有效连接，为后期发电机接地故障问题的处理提供相应依据。
