Research on Application of Modern Power Grid Dispatching

Operation Mode in Power System

[ Abstract]

As the key component ofrhe current social orderly operation， power grid dispatching， as the key link ofpower system operation， is thekey to the stable operation of power system network. In the rapid development of China's electric power industry the importance ofpower grid dispatchingis gradually highlighted， and the operation mode of power grid dispatching is constantly innovated to meet people's demand for power resources. Thispaper first analyzes the current situation of modern power grid dispatching operation management， and then discusses the factors affecting the power griddispatching operation management of the power system. Finally， it puts forward some suggestions on the use of modern power grid dispatching operationmode in the power system， which are expected to be adopted

左我國社会科学E速发展过程中，电力系统建设步伐加快，电力系统运行而临了更高的挑战。经过多年发展，电力系统积累了丰富的电网调度经验，引入了先进的理论和技术，但在具体电网调度运行中还存在一定问题，尤其是而对日益复杂的电力系统网络，电网调度运行方式对电网调度管理质量有直接的影响。基于此，加强对电力系统中现代电网调度运行方式运用的研究十分具有现实意义。

1 现代电网调度运行管理存在的问题

1.1 整体调度运行管理水平偏低

在电力系统运行过程中，电网调度运行管理整体水平较差，体现在技术手段不够先进、人员配置不够合理等方面。目前，科学技术E速发展，越来越多先进技术运用到电网调度工作中，在很大程度上促进电网调度管理质量提升，但与日益增加的电力需求相比还存在一定差异。尤其是我国电力系统规模不断扩大，电网调度运行技术人员配置不足、人员素质等问题越来越突出，加上整个电力系统维护保养滞后，对整个电力系统运行效率也会造成很人影响。

1.2 倒闸操作规范性较差

倒闸操作管理不规范是当前电力系统网络运行中存在的问题之一，包括电网检修期间停送电、发电机并网、解列、运行方式切换等。在倒闸操作过程中，需要认真编写倒闸操作票，保证操作篇编写正确，才能为电网运行安全提供保障。然而具体操作中，拟写倒闸操作票的工作人员素质不一，在操作票编写字迹、格式等都有所不同，缺少相应的标准，不能真正实现统一化管理。……
