Therefore， the existing manual laying process needs to be upgraded to automaticimplementation. This paper summarizes the design process of automatic multi-layer laying equipment and analyzes the practical application of automaticmulti-layer laying equipment

隨着小卫星的快速发展，每年处于总装阶段的型号数量快速增长，而传统多层人料的铺设需占据人量人力和操作场地，生产效率低下。一块15单元多层大料（1200 mm×2300 mm）敷设时间为4人4h。在小卫星总装任务逐年增多的情况下，多层人料敷设占据人量人力，无法适应当今商业卫星短周期、低成本的发展趋势。因此亟需研制自动化多层人料铺设装备，以提高多层人料铺设效率和质量。为此，本文设计的自动化多层铺设装备，由多层卷料自动铺设机构，卷料固定保持架，连接架，电控柜组成;对自动化多层铺设装备进行实际生产应用分析。

①对多层人料的结构组成、成品规格尺寸、原材料规格尺寸进行分析;②进行设备原理设计，构型的3D设计;③存放空间最小化设计;④对自动化多层铺设装备在实际生产中的应进行分析。

1 多层大料成品及原材料规格尺寸分析

1.1 多层大料规格尺寸

卫星多层隔热组件大料主要包括底膜（18 /um双而镀铝聚酯膜）、间隔层（涤纶网）和反射屏（6lum双而镀铝聚酯膜）组成。

多层大料规格包括厚度规格和外形尺寸规格。

多层大料的厚度规格包括5单元、10单元、15单元、20单元、30单元筹，多层隔热组件“单元”指一层反射屏（6rum双而镀铝聚酯膜）和一层间隔层（涤纶网）的组合体，具体厚度规格由总体热控设计提出。

多层大料的外形尺寸规格人小主要取决于原材料的尺寸规格。在原材料尺寸规格满足的条件下，多层人料的外形尺寸规格应尽量与多层隔热组件制作平台尺寸相同（下台尺寸多层大料成品尺寸：2400 mm×3600 mm）。……
