Design and Application of Data Acquisition System for Automation Equipment

[ Abstract]

Nowadays， with me development of computer science and technology and the popularization of Internet science and technology， thedata acquisition system of automatic equipment has replaced the traditional manual data acquisition method. This automatic equipment data acquisitionsystem can avoid data delay， error and loss The problem is caused by manual information input， thereby improving production ethciency and managementlevel. Therefore， the step method of automatic equipment data acquisition system in various industries is particularly important. On the basis of studyingthe shortcomings of traditional manual data collection and the advantages of equipment automatic data collection， the development and application steps ofequipment automatic data collection system are discussed， in order to provide some microscopic enlightenment for future research on the development andapplication of automatic equipment data collection system

1 傳统数据采集设备的缺点

1.1 不完整的数据记录

在数据记录完整性方而不高，记录的数据量不大，另外很多数据不能同时采集，没有很强的及时性。相反，数据是由自动设备收集的。自动设备可以同时采集大量的数据，并对这些数据进行记录和统计，实现系统的高效运行，通过计算机可以计算一些人类无法计算的数据，也可以使数据的准确性进一步提高。

1.2 实时数据采集不高

实时数据采集不强，一些生产条件，如浓度、压力、温度等，会直接影响产品的质量，如果出现异常，需要立即响应，如果生产线停止.或进行了相应的操作，如果数据是人工记录的，那么数据可能不准确，数据可能失效或数据不符合生产要求等，在数据采集过程中，自动化设备可以实时监控一些相关数据。如果数据再次发生变化，则可以在瞬间切断生产线或采取相应措施避免较大误差，保证实践与理论的统一，从而进一步提高产品质量。

1.3 宏观调控乏力

目前，一些企业的生产部门对生产情况了如指掌，主要通过日报的方式进行汇报。速度慢，数据量不够人，无法了解全厂的生产情况，无法及时调整，无法保证全厂的生产状态处于最佳状态，无法保证领导能够了解相关数据做出合理决策，影响了生产对企业的日常发展，甚至对企业的可持续发展都会产生重大影响，使社会经济不能健康有序地发展。如果自动化设备数据采集系统能够用于实时采集大量的数据，管理层就能准确了解企业的日常生产情况，确保企业效益的最人化。……
