Application and Prospect oflntelligent Factory in Chemical Plant

[ Abstract] Afier trie global economic crisis， the major developed countries in the world put forward the reform plan ofindustry 4.0 xvith artificialintelligence as the leading factor to solve the crisis， which set ofr a new round ofindustrial reform wave in the global market. From the practical experiencein recent years， through the transformation and upgrading of mechanical and electrical equipment， as well as the optimal allocation of informationtechnology and communication technology resources， we have basically established a new industrial development direction led by "intelligent factory".This paper takes the application and Prospect of intelligent factory in chemical plant as the research topic， summarizes the connotation of "intelligentfacrory" in combination xvith daily work experience， analyzes the application framework， main contents and key technologies of "intelligenr factory" inchemical plant from the perspective of application， and prospects its application prospect on this basis

山于中国制造工业发展战略在我国总体经济体系建设中占据核心位置，是强国之利器。因此，电根据全球同业竞争中的共同底线，设置了与其相关的质量体系管理标准，如2018年版本的《国家智能制造标准体系建设指南》中，就提出了智能制造标准体系建设与完善的问题，而且将其标准重点发置到了设计、交付、生产、集成优化等具体层而。

1 智能工厂内涵解析

与传统化工厂相比，智能工厂作为一种理论模式、工厂形态、应用技术，转换应用到化工工厂后，就后发生本质性的变化。从内涵方而分析，智能工厂在其应用中才能显示其内在意蕴。

如在化工工厂中的应用，智能工厂就可以在其新建的产品生产制造产业链上，针对其产品研发设计环节、材料运输环节、生产制造环节、市场营销环节、订单处理环节、产品售后服务环节实施智能化改造，一方而，使整个生产制造产业链条上的各个环节实现智能化，如局部分工环节的自动化设备应用等。另一方而，可以在整体上通过传感器、执行器之类的信息采集设备，将化工工厂数据管理中心和各类生产制造中的设施设备全而连接，进而实现针对生产制造各项数据的实时采集、快速处理、有效整理、科学分析、预测结果分布分发，从而在协调各个生产环节的同时，产生较人的协同效应，最终实现整体上的全要素生产率提升目标。
