地方本科高校土木工程专业培养方案改革初探

摘 要:培养应用型人才是地方本科高校主要定位,而培养方案是实现人才培养目标的重要支撑,随着社会、行业和高等教育的发展变化,人才培养方案也要不断更新。在土木工程专业人才培养方案修订过程中,按照毕业生调研、分析当前主要问题、提出解决方案的流程,并融入工程教育认证的理念和“3+1”的培养模式,完善了人才培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系与支撑矩阵,为后续课程标准修订、培养目标达成度评价和持续改进奠定了基础。

Abstract:Cultivating applied talents is the main orientation of local undergraduate university,and talent training program is an important support to achieve the goal of talent training.With the development and change of society,industry,and higher education,the talent training program must be constantly updated.In the process of revising the training program for civil engineering major,according to the process of graduate research,current problems analysis and solutions propose,the concept of engineering education certification and the "3+1" training model were adopted,talent training goals,graduation requirements,curriculum system and support matrix were improved,and foundations for subsequent revision of curriculum standards,evaluation of achievement of training goals,and continuous improvement were laid.

1 緒论
随着我国高等教育的发展和社会对人才多元化的需求,地方本科高校作为应用型人才培养的主要阵地,为地方产业结构调整和发展的重要支撑,地方应用型本科高校已成为高等教育的重要组成部分。应用型本科高校定位为培养应用型人才,应用型人才又可分为“工程开发型”“技术运用型”和“技能操作型”三类,由于高校间的学术水平、科研能力存在差异,工程开发型人才主要由研究型和研究教学型本科高校培养,技术运用型人才主要由教学型或教学研究型本科院校培养,技能操作型人才主要由高职院校培养[13]。由此来看,地方本科院校的定位应为培养技术运用型人才。
