【摘    要】新课程在经过不断推进后，课堂管理在课堂教学中的重要性日益凸显。小学教师在管理课堂时，需要将课堂管理与学生的学习需求相结合，采用不同的方式来管理课堂，以此来为学生营造一个轻松的课堂氛围，进而有效促进教学目标的实现。教师能否进行良好的课堂管理，影响着最终的课堂教学质量，也会从兴趣和主动性方面对学生的学习造成影响。因此，本文根据小学教学特点，对新任小学教师在管理课堂时遇到的问题进行简单的阐述，并提出了相应的改进策略，以供参考。

A Probe into the Improvement of Classroom Management Ability of Newly Appointed Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】After the continuous advancement of the new curriculum， the importance of classroom management in classroom teaching has become increasingly prominent. When primary school teachers manage the classroom， they need to combine classroom management with the learning needs of students， and use different methods to manage the classroom， so as to create a relaxed classroom atmosphere for students， and effectively promote the realization of teaching goals. Whether teachers can carry out good classroom management affects the final quality of classroom teaching， and also affects students' learning in terms of interest and initiative. Therefore， according to the characteristics of primary school teaching， this article briefly describes the problems encountered by new primary school teachers in classroom management， and proposes corresponding improvement strategies for reference.

一、学校需要支持新任教师课堂管理能力的提升

第一，学校层面，要搭建平台，建立健全“同伴互助”“师徒结对”制度。教师的成长是需要制度的保障，健全的制度是教师成长的基础保障，同伴之间、师徒之间真正发挥作用的关键在于教研过程。学校应该以学科教研组为载体，举办各类教研活动，指引教师平等对话，精诚协作，相互促进，在团队中共同成长。学习交流、同伴观察、同伴对话、公开课教学观摩、案例分析、教学沙龙、专题讨论、经验交流会、师徒协作的各类教研、协作活动等形式，都能促进新任教师实现课堂管理能力提升。在新任教师的培养中可以通过搭建“青蓝工程”平台，师徒一体，促进新任教师课堂管理能力的发展。每周学期师徒相互听课不少于3节课，每学期组织一次“师徒结对”课，聚焦课堂，理論学习，师徒相互听课，师傅进行有效指导，徒弟虚心学习，能使师徒共同获得成长。……
