【摘    要】随着新课改的不断深化，德育越来越受到重视。小学生在日常生活和学习中有着很多不良的行为习惯，对学生的发展起到了阻碍作用。由于良好行为习惯的养成对今后的学习和生活有着十分重要的作用，因此在小学期间应用德育现代化管理手段至关重要。因此，要紧随时代发展潮流，利用科学有效的管理方法，从小学生的身心特点出发，从德育教学的细节入手，进一完善德育工作，提升德育管理的效率和质量，为社会培养全面发展的新型人才。

Inherit the Red Gene and Innovate the Modern Management Mode of Primary School Moral Education

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform， more and more attention has been paid to moral education. Primary school students have many bad behaviors and habits in daily life and study，which hinder the development of students. Since the development of good behaviors and habits plays a very important role in future study and life，it is very important to apply modern management methods of moral education during primary school. Therefore， it is necessary to keep up with the development trend of the times， use scientific and effective management methods， start from the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students， start with the details of moral education teaching， further improve the moral education work， improve the efficiency and quality of moral education management， and cultivate comprehensive development for the society new talents.

在開展小学德育的过程中，通过传承红色基因，跟随时代的发展，能够帮助学生更好地提升自身的思想道德品质，协调红色文化和德育现代化的关系，从而不断创新教学模式。在小学阶段进行红色文化德育，能够更好地将我国的民族精神融入自己的精神世界当中，能够更好地继承红色精神，激发爱国热情，帮助学生尽早明确三观，提高学生的分辨能力，增强学生的自我认知能力。

一、小学现代化德育管理的重要价值

德育是将一些道德教育的基本的道德规范、社会思想逐渐转化为学生的思想品德的一种社会实践活动。而校园当中的德育管理工作，要根据学校的具体教学目标和内容进行科学合理的规划和管理，从而系统性地促进学生全面发展。现代化德育管理，不仅能够为学生提供基本的精神教育基础，还可以为我国的教育事业打下良好的基础。……
