【摘    要】随着教育改革的推进，中学生综合素质的提升成为教育改革的重點，其中学生身体素质也得到了广泛重视。再加上国家大力推进足球运动，各学校开始以足球运动为载体，开展体育锻炼，借此提升学生的身体素质，并且也为国家培养优秀的足球运动员。体能训练作为足球运动训练的重要一部分，体能训练效果的好坏关系到是否可以实现进行足球运动教育的预期目标。文章对初中校园足球体能训练的现状问题进行分析，并提出科学的改进措施。

【Abstract】With the advancement of education reform， the improvement of the comprehensive quality of Junior high school students has become the focus of education reform， and the physical fitness of students has also received extensive attention. Coupled with the country's vigorous promotion of football， schools have begun to use football as a carrier to carry out physical exercises to improve the physical fitness of students and also train outstanding football players for the country. Physical training is an important part of football training. The effectiveness of physical training is related to whether the expected goal of football education can be achieved. The article analyzes the status quo of physical training in junior high school football and proposes scientific improvement measures.

伴随着教育改革的不断推进，中学生综合素质的提升成为改革重点关注的问题。再加上国家对足球运动的重视，于是，为了提高中学生的身体素质和为国家培养足球运动的后备力量，各中学引入了足球运动教育，很多中学甚至还成立了自己的足球队伍。但是，由于引进足球教育时间尚短，我国中学足球教育体系相对不成熟，还存在很多问题，尤其是在足球运动中占据重要位置的体能训练也很不成熟。

一、初中校园足球体能训练现状

（一）缺乏基础好的人才

众所周知，我国足球运动比较落后，足球教育也起步较晚，尤其是在普通义务教育阶段，很多中学并没有有效地开展足球训练，很多学生在进入中学以前也没有接受过专业的训练，甚至有些学生从未接触过足球运动，这就导致很多中学生的足球基础较差。……
