[摘    要]文章简述了故障安全系统的功能及基本原理，通过分析工程装备对故障安全系统的应用需求，引出故障安全型PLC的解决方案。结合顶管机故障安全系统的要求，详细分析了西门子故障安全型PLC在顶管机中的应用方法。实际应用案例表明，故障安全型PLC不仅能保证顶管机控制系统的稳定性，还能实现安全相关功能，使工作人员和机械设备得到及时有效保护。

Application of Siemens Fail Safe PLC in Pipe Jacking Machine

[Abstract]This paper first describes the function and basic principle of the fault safety system， and then leads to the solution of the fault safety PLC through the application requirements of the engineering equipment for the fault safety system. Finally， combined with the requirements of pipe jacking machine fault safety system， the application method of Siemens fault safety PLC in pipe jacking machine is analyzed in detail. The practical application case shows that the fault safe PLC can not only ensure the stability of the pipe jacking machine control system， but also realize the safety related functions， so that the staff and mechanical equipment can be timely and effectively protected.

社會经济的日新月异推动着城市地下空间建设的快速发展，其中顶管机作为地下隧道施工设备中的一种，在小直径、短距离隧道施工工程中具有较高的性价比优势，其在地下管廊，人行通道等市政建设工程项目中的应用越来越多。而为了避免施工中潜在危险事故发生时，可能造成的人员伤亡、财产损失以及环境破坏等严重问题，促使设备在施工自动化程度提高的同时，要保证工作稳定性和安全性。因此，故障安全是工程装备中无论从设备还是系统都必须要考虑的重要因素^[1]。

1 工程装备中的故障安全系统

故障安全自动化系统（fail-safe automation system），简称“故障安全系统”，是当系统发生意外或故障时，能够立刻进入安全状态、并保证人身、财产及环境不受危害的自动化系统。

自动化系统在运行过程中发生的意外包括但不限于：急停按钮被拍下、安全门锁被打开、安全光幕被遮挡等，可能发生的故障也随系统的不同而有所不同。……
