[摘    要]面对原材料价格的不断上涨和日益激烈的市场竞争，冶金企业之间的竞争很大程度上取决于管理成本的竞争，进而原料场的库存管理就显得尤为重要。文章针对原料场库存管理的实际需求，开发了库存管理系统。改善原有人工模式，提高管理效率，实现数据信息共享，实时管控，降低管理成本。

Development and Application Strategy of Stock Management System for Raw Material Yard

[Abstract]In the face of rising raw material prices and increasingly fierce market competition， the competition between metallurgical enterprises depends largely on the competition of management costs， and the inventory management of the raw material yard becomes particularly important. In response to the actual needs of inventory management in the raw material yard， an inventory management system was developed. Improve the original manual mode， improve management efficiency， realize data information sharing， real-time management and control， and reduce management costs.

在原料場的实际生产管理和控制中，库存管理是一项至关重要的内容，其主要任务包括各个生产部门原始生产数据的整理和汇总、统计分析、原料库存控制、实际库存展示、原料库存量合理安排等，同时也可以和其他各个生产系统之间建立起科学的库存数据同步关系。为实现这些功能的良好保障，工业生产企业一定要采取合理的技术措施来进行原料场库存管理系统的开发，以此来保障其应用效果，满足企业实际需求。

1 原料场库存管理系统的开发

1.1 总体组成结构

本次所开发的原料场库存管理系统，主要由一台容错服务器以及一组工控机组成。其中，容错服务器设置在主控室，工控机终端设备设置在主控室和其他操作间，比如汽车受料值班室和翻车机操作室等。在该原料场中，中控楼内部主要通过网线的形式来进行网络传输，因为其他各个操作室和中控楼之间的距离比较远，所以其他网络传输选择的是光纤形式，以此来和中控楼内设置的交换机进行连接^[1]。……
