[摘    要]文章首先介紹了光伏设备的现状，设备的发展对备件的影响和备件管理的重要性。然后介绍了备件现行的管理方法，分析备件管理中存在的问题。给出了备件编码统一、软件管理、安全库存、采购前置招标、备件闭环管理以及厂家外库管理等多方面的自动化备件管理措施，以实现光伏备件的高效管理。

Analysis on the Management of Photovoltaic Automation Spare Parts

[Abstract]The article first introduces the status quo of photovoltaic equipment， as well as the impact of equipment development on spare parts and the importance of spare parts management. Then introduced the current advanced management methods of spare parts， and constantly improved the problems found in the management of spare parts. Through various measures such as unification of spare parts coding， software management， safety stock， pre-purchasing bidding， closed-loop management of spare parts， and management of manufacturers' external warehouses， efficient management of photovoltaic spare parts has been realized.

经过多年发展，我国光伏行业已基本具备太阳能电池制造设备的整线装备能力。历经多次技术升级及换代，国产的太阳能电池关键设备相继在国内各大生产线上得到应用，我国基本具备了太阳能电池制造设备整线供给能力。

PERC高效大尺寸电池已具备规模量产，光伏设备国产化贯穿整线装备。现有光伏设备：单晶槽式制绒设备、槽式碱抛光清洗设备、管式等离子体、氧化铝淀积炉、链式单面去PSG设备、低压软着陆闭管氧化系统、太阳能电池链式退火设备、双轨印刷线、激光开槽、激光掺杂等设备已全部实现了国产化。

在光伏设备发展快速的背后是设备的更新，老旧设备的淘汰;面临的就是高效的设备回报率，使得光伏设备开机率达到了98%以上，24 h满负荷运行。为保证设备快节奏，满负荷运行，需要配置足够的配套备件保障生产。单台设备的备件价值约占设备原值的2%～3%，随着设备的年限的增加会相应增加。……
