[摘    要]  化工企业应做好有关机械设备的维修保养工作，不但可以保證化工机械设备的平稳运行，降低运行时的风险，而且能让化工企业实现经济效益最大化。为此，化工企业应使用科学合理的维修保养技术，让化工机械设备可以高效运行，为化工企业的有序生产提供基础保障。文章对化工机械设备的维修保养技术进行了分析，同时提出了加强机械设备维修和保养的管理措施。

Maintenance Technology of Chemical Machinery for Chemical Equipment Management

[Abstract]Chemical enterprises should do a good job in the maintenance of chemical machinery management during production and operation， which can not only ensure the smooth operation of chemical machinery， reduce the risk of machinery in operation， but also maximize the economic benefits of chemical enterprises. In this regard， chemical enterprises in the actual production， should use scientific and reasonable maintenance technology， so that chemical machinery can be effectively operated， to provide basic guarantee for the follow-up production of chemical enterprises. This paper analyzes the management of chemical machinery and equipment and the maintenance technology of chemical machinery， and puts forward some measures to strengthen the management of mechanical equipment maintenance and maintenance technology.

如今我国社会经济在飞速发展，同时也促进了化工企业的发展，企业规模在不断扩大，所使用的技术的先进性也有了明显提升。化工机械设备不仅影响着化工企业的经济效益，同时也决定了企业所生产的产品质量和实际生产效率。从目前来看，化工行业的市场竞争逐渐增大，化工企业为了在行业中站稳脚跟，则需提高企业自身设备的管理水平，对化工机械设备进行有效的维修保养技术，进而促进化工企业的持续发展。

1 化工机械设备维修保养技术的重要性

化工企业的生产流水线会使用高效率、高质量的化工机械设备，不仅可以保障所生产产品的质量，而且能有效提升机械设备运行的安全性和可靠性。目前化工企业非常重视机械设备在生产时流水线运行的稳定性，并不断强化和完善化工机械设备的维修保养技术，以便控制设备出现故障时，能第一时间进行维修，可以保证企业正常运行和生产，从而确保生产效率，不会给整体产品质量和规模带来影响。……
