[摘    要]机电一体化技术在实际应用过程中，机电机械设备能否正常运行完全取决于安装质量。机电一体化相关技术的快速发展促使人们更加关注机电机械设备的安装质量。伴随着科技水平的不断提升，机电一体化技术也随之得到了进一步发展，其中对机电机械设备安装要求越来越高，以确保安装质量及水平。机电机械设备的安装工作原本就是一个相对繁琐的过程，在安装滑块时，在以安装滑块实际状况的基础上，还应该全面考虑机电机械设备滑块的种类和型号，掌握安装过程中存在的安全隐患，及时采取应对措施，确保机电机械设备安装质量，保障设备运行良好以及安全。

Research on Hidden Dangers and Solutions in the Process of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation

[Abstract]In the actual application of mechatronics technology， the normal operation of mechatronics and mechanical equipment depends entirely on the quality of the installation. The rapid development of mechatronics related technologies has prompted people to pay more attention to the installation quality of electromechanical equipment. With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology， the mechatronics technology has also been further developed. Among them， the requirements for the installation of electromechanical machinery are getting higher and higher to ensure the quality and level of installation. The installation of electromechanical equipment is originally a relatively cumbersome process. When installing the slider， based on the actual conditions of the installation of the slider， the types and models of the slider of the electromechanical equipment should also be fully considered to grasp the existence of the installation process. In order to ensure the quality of the installation of electromechanical machinery and equipment， and ensure the good operation and safety of the equipment， timely response measures shall be taken to ensure the quality of the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.

1 机电机械设备安装工作中存在的隐患

1.1 机电机械设备中连接螺栓安装存在的隐患

机电机械设备在安装过程中，一般情况下，都要选择合适的螺栓以及螺母孔，然而在设备安装时，一旦螺栓设置质量存在问题，将会为安装工作带来一定隐患。①位置出现偏差，如偏离留孔位置以及螺栓预埋位置，将直接防碍之后的安装工作;②连接力度较大，电磁力与机械力经过长期的相互作用，将会导致螺栓产生机械疲劳现象;③固定件螺栓受力不均匀，进而螺帽与螺牙磨损无法咬合，或者剪切破坏等，导致设备无法正常运行，甚至引发事故^[1]。……
