[摘    要]近年来在我国建筑工程行业快速发展的过程中，建筑项目的安全性能、稳定性能受到一定重视，消防工程属于重点维护建筑安全的基础设施，合理进行管理、控制具有重要意义。因此在建筑工程领域中应重视消防工程的建设，合理运用机电安装技术，严格开展管理工作、控制工作，确保消防工程中的机电安装质量、水平，切实提升工程机电安装的有效性、可靠性，适应当前的时代发展需要。

消防工程中的机电安装主要涉及火灾自动化报警系统，中央控制系统与消防联动控制系统等安装工作，实际安装期间为确保整体系统的建设水平和安装质量，应制定完善的管理与控制方案和计划，借助有效的管控方式，增强安装的质量水平，发挥不同管理措施控制手段的价值和作用。

1 机电安装在消防工程中的管理措施

1.1 消防联动控制安装的管理

对于消防联动控制设备来讲，其中涉及到中央控制系统的部分、消防联动机械设备两种主要的结构，安装施工的过程中需结合标准、规范等执行任务。

1.2 中央控制系统安装管理

该系统属于整体工程项目中核心部分，具有对各个子系统与装置协调统筹的性能，安装期间需结合设计图纸的内容与工程技术标准等，保证配件可以与各个设备之间相互衔接，其中所使用的各类配线标号应明确设定控制要求。……
