[摘    要]在机械制造行业的生产中，相当一部分机械设备是量身定制的非标机械设备，这类设备的技术要求一般是由设计人员根据客户的实际需要和实践经验制定的标准。在非标机械设备的设计和制造过程中，由于会受到人员、设备、材料、方法以及环境等方面因素的影响，一些技术要求可能无法实现，引发一定的质量问题，导致设备无法满足交付要求。文章对非标机械设备设计和制造中的相关质量问题进行分析，探讨非标机械设备质量问题的优化路径，为相关工作提供有价值的参考。

[Abstract]In the production process of the machinery manufacturing industry， a considerable part of the mechanical equipment is tailor-made non-standard mechanical equipment. The technical requirements of this type of equipment are generally standards formulated by designers based on the actual needs and practical experience of customers' products. In the design and manufacturing process of non-standard mechanical equipment， due to factors such as personnel， equipment， materials， methods， and environment， some technical requirements may not be achieved， causing certain quality problems， resulting in equipment not meeting delivery requirements . This article will analyze the related quality problems in the design and manufacture of non-standard mechanical equipment， explore the optimization path of non-standard mechanical equipment quality problems， and provide a valuable reference for related work.

在非標机械设备设计和制造中，由于设备的外观与参数均是根据客户的特殊要求或现场实际工况而量身定制设计的，因此没有可以执行的统一标准。非标机械设备的市场需求量大而设备本身数量少，一般需要由设计单位提供制造图纸，再交给工厂进行加工制造。在这种情况下，设备的设计与制造是分开进行的，而对于设备的验收也没有可参照的统一标准，难免会存在一些质量问题。针对这种情况，需要充分重视非标机械设备设计和制造中的相关质量问题，制定行之有效的优化路径。

1 非标机械设备设计中的相关质量问题及优化

1.1 使用的原材料不合理

对于非标机械设备而言，使用的原材料主要为铸钢、锻件、钢板以及钢管等黑色金属材料，譬如在阀体、泵等复杂的结构中，一般选择铸钢件作为原材料。……
