【摘  要】煤炭企业资源消耗大、污染物排放多，绿色转型是其高质量发展的重要路径之一。论文以河南省的煤炭上市企业2010-2019年的相关数据为例，运用Stata14.0统计软件，实证分析了环保设备投入、绿色技术投入对煤炭企业经营绩效的影响。研究表明：煤炭企业环保设备投入对经营绩效有明显促进作用;绿色技术研发投入对经营绩效也有明显促进作用。此外，论文还提出了优化环保结构、加大研发投入力度、重视绿色创新和完善环境信息披露制度等煤炭企业转型升级的对策建议。

【Abstract】Coal enterprises consume large amounts of resources and discharge large amounts of pollutants， so green transformation is one of the important paths for their high-quality development. Taking the relevant data of listed coal enterprises in Henan Province from 2010 to 2019 as an example， this paper uses Stata 14.0 statistical software to analyze the impact of environmental protection equipment investment and green technology investment on the business performance of coal enterprises. The research shows that the investment of environmental protection equipment in coal enterprises has a significant promoting effect on business performance. The investment in green technology research and development also has a significant promoting effect on business performance. Otherwise， this paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises， such as optimizing environmental protection structure， increasing R&D investment and attaching importance to green innovation and improving environmental information disclosure system.

1 引言

中国政府承诺力争2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和，作为占河南省工业增加值12.5%的煤炭行业实施绿色化转型战略，对于河南省制造业的高质量发展和按期实现碳达峰的目标具有重要意义。从中国知网、SpiScholar学术资源在线等中外数据库中可以查阅到的文献来看，以煤炭行业绿色转型为研究对象的成果尚不多见。因此本文的研究问题，具有较高的理论和实践价值。

本文以河南省煤炭上市企业2010-2019年的相关数据为例，运用Stata14.0统计软件，实证分析环保设备投入、绿色技术投入对煤炭企业经营绩效的影响，探讨煤炭企业绿色转型的路径，同时为我国煤炭企业实现可持续发展提出对策建议。
