【摘  要】随着跨境电商平台数字化日渐兴起，数字贸易将成为中国国际贸易发展的未来趋势。论文以阿里巴巴国际站为研究對象，首先分析跨境电商平台数字贸易模式发展现状，其次探究阿里巴巴国际站数字贸易模式，最后基于广州市中小型企业跨境电商发展现状，分析跨境电商平台数字贸易模式对广州市中小企业竞争力提升带来的影响，并将广州市中小企业竞争力的评价体系构建引入其跨境电商发展中，为广州市中小型企业核心竞争力的提升提供了踏实可行的建议。

【Abstract】With the rise of cross-border e-commerce platform digitalization， digital trade will become the future trend of China's international trade development. This paper takes Alibaba International Station as the research object， firstly analyzes the development status of cross-border e-commerce platform digital trade mode and secondly explores the digital trade mode of Alibaba International Station， and finally analyzes the influence of digital trade mode of cross-border e-commerce platform on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou City based on the development status of cross-border e-commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou City， and introduces the evaluation system of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou into the development of cross-border e-commerce， providing practical and feasible suggestions for the improvement of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou City.

1 引言

数字贸易是以通讯技术和互联网数字网络为依托，以数字交换技术为手段，为用户提供贸易互动所需要的数字化信息的一种现代化贸易模式，主要包括数字硬件、软件贸易、数字内容贸易、跨境电子商务以及跨境流动等内容。随着全球经济贸易进入数字化时代，数字经济得到飞速的发展，越来越多的中小企业意识到了数字化的重要性，逐渐开始使用云服务、大数据、电子商务平台等数字化手段来完善企业的供应链体系和开展业务。从长远的角度来说，数字贸易可以让中小企业实现诸如优化商品和服务的生产和交付方式，缩短时间和空间的距离，降低交易成本，提高贸易的效率，简化贸易流程，增加贸易机会等目标。据中国信通院发布的《中国数字经济发展白皮书（2020）》显示：近年来，我国数字经济规模不断扩张，到2019年再上一个新台阶。……
