【摘  要】近年来，我国在数字化技术、智能化技术快速进步的背景下，财务共享服务成为目前财务管理领域中重要的方向。很多保险企业都开始利用财务共享服务提升自身的管理工作质量，并借助相关系统促使管理会计发展，充分发挥了业财融合的价值。基于此，论文研究财务共享服务下管理会计在保险企业中的应用，提出几点应用的建议，旨在为提升保险企业的业财融合水平夯实基础。

【Abstract】In recent years， under the background of the rapid advancement of digital technology and intelligent technology in China， financial sharing services have become an important direction in the current financial management field. Many insurance companies have begun to use financial sharing services to enhance the quality of their management work， and with the help of relevant systems to promote the development of management accounting， giving full play to the value of the integration of business and finance. Based on this， this paper studies the application of management accounting in insurance companies under financial sharing services， and puts forward several application suggestions， aiming to lay a solid foundation for improving the integration level of business and finance in insurance companies.

1 引言

保险企业在财务共享服务下应用管理会计，应强化业财融合的深度，创建完善的管理会计工作机制，打造优秀的人才队伍，增强相关体系的建设力度，借助信息化技术、业财融合方式、人才队伍的支持，提升财务共享服务环境下的管理会计应用水平，达到预期的工作目标和发展目的。

2 财务共享服务下管理会计在保险企业应用的意义

目前我国政府部门已经开始重点关注管理会计体系的建设、推行、发展，提出了相应的指导意见，在政府部门的引导下增强了管理会计的服务工作水平，为增强各行各业领域中的管理会计工作水平提供基础保障，保险企业在实际发展的进程中要想更好地顺应时代、抓住更多的发展机遇，就应依托于财务共享服务，强化管理会计应用的实践力度，形成业财融合发展的基础形式。尤其是近年来在信息技术发展的……
