【摘  要】自从工业4.0概念提出之后，我国相关政策就逐渐颁布与实施，智能制造成为制造业的焦点话题。在此背景下，我国企业实现智能制造发展会面临巨大的竞争与挑战，但同时也伴随机遇。企业只有抓住机遇，顺应时代发展需求才能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。论文围绕工业4.0背景下企业智能制造发展进行分析，以供参考。

【Abstract】Since the concept of industry 4.0 was put forward， China's relevant policies have been gradually promulgated and implemented， and intelligent manufacturing has become a hot topic in the manufacturing industry. In this context， China's enterprises will face great competition and challenges to realize the development of intelligent manufacturing， but also with opportunities. Only by seizing the opportunity and conforming to the development needs of the times can enterprises stand out in the fierce competition. This paper analyzes the development of enterprise intelligent manufacturing under the background of Industry 4.0， for reference.

1 引言

工业4.0不仅是工业制造业的技术转型，也是制造业变革的重要一环。工业4.0概念的提出意味着全新一轮科技产业改革的到来，技术、模式、竞争格局等都有所变更，国内外颁布了相关的发展战略。对于我国企业来说，智能制造发展不但是企业转型的切入点与突破口，同时也是我国重塑企业核心竞争的重要引擎，是我国制造业的未来发展趋势。因此，在工业4.0背景下，我国企业应加强探索、创新，具备顺应市场发展的能力，为推动全面智能制造发展提供条件。

2 工业4.0对制造业发展的影响

2.1 为企业提供自由竞争机会

在工业4.0背景下，各企业都可以参与到市场竞争中，给企业提供了自由竞争的机会。工业4.0和《中国制造2025》的提出不但意味着我国工业领域要采用自动化设备生产，更是把各企业视为独立个体融入互联网中，使每一个企业之间互通，从而更好地响应市场需求，扩大客户范畴[1]。在全新工业背景下，传统企业中一些效率低下、实用性较差的环节会得到缩减，使资源实现最优化分配。……
