【摘  要】论文在分析双循环新发展格局内涵的基础上，定性分析了新发展格局下物流业发展的新需求，主要表现为完善的物流网络、物流服务能力、细分化物流需求，得出现代物流体系、数字化供应链和城乡物流是其发展的主要方向。最后，从依托国家枢纽完善物流网络、构建现代物流体系、实施数字化供应链转型提升服务能力、完善物流发展支持要素方面提出发展对策。

【Abstract】Based on the analysis of the connotation of the new development pattern of double circulation， this paper qualitatively analyzes the new demand for the development of the logistics industry under the new development pattern， which is mainly manifested in the perfect logistics network， logistics service ability and differentiated logistics demand， and concludes that the modern logistics system， digital supply chain and urban and rural logistics are the main directions of its development. Finally， development countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of improving logistics network by relying on national hub， constructing modern logistics system， implementing digital supply chain transformation to enhance service capacity， and improving logistics development support factors.

1 引言

当前，我国正在构建国内国际双循环、以国内循环为主的新发展格局，这是我国进入新的发展阶段，以满足国内需求作为发展的出发点和落脚点，以扩大内需为战略基点，以供给侧结构性改革为主线，以提升自主创新能力为主攻方向，提升产业链、供应链的现代化水平，激发国内市场潜力，扩大开放为发展路径的新格局。物流作为基础性、先导性、复合型的产业，物流业的发展对于完善流通环节、完善国内市场循环、畅通城乡区域间循环、推进更高水平的开放都具有重要意义。因此，研究双循环新发展格局下物流业发展新的需求特点，分析物流业的发展方向及其发展策略，对于加快物流业发展、助力双循环新发展格局构建都有重要意义。

2 双循环发展格局对现代物流发展的需求

双循环新发展格局把满足国内需求作为出发点和落脚点，这就要求畅通国内的生产、分配、流通、消费各个环节，这对我国中西部、农村等一些物流网络相对落后的地区提出了新的要求，如何进一步完善物流网络成为发展重点。……
