【摘  要】随着经济的不断发展，各种工程建设的速度逐渐提升，建筑公司在面对巨大的市场潜能的同时，也会面临工程造价波动的风险。建筑工程的成本造价直接关系到建筑公司的成本回报率，因而在面对巨大的市场潜能时，也是建筑公司首要考虑的问题之一。建筑的成本造价，受到多方面因素的限制，在实际的建造过程中，不仅要考虑到建筑的材料等成本，还要兼顾建筑本身的质量。良好的建筑工程造价控制，可以为建筑企业带来丰厚的成本回报，也可以提高其市场竞争力，进而为公司的发展带来更大的经济收益。论文主要针对如何实现建筑工程造价的有效管控进行分析，仅供参考。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of economy， the speed of various projects is gradually increasing. Construction companies， while facing huge market potential， will also face the risk of project cost fluctuation. The cost of the construction project is directly related to the cost rate of return of the construction company， so when facing the huge market potential， it is also one of the problems that the construction company first considers. The cost of construction is limited by many factors. In the actual construction process， we should not only consider the cost of building materials， but also take into account the quality of the building itself. Good construction project cost control can bring abundant cost returns for construction enterprises， but also can improve their market competitiveness， and then bring greater economic benefits for the development of the companies. This paper mainly analyzes how to realize the effective control of construction cost， for reference.

1 引言

随着市场需求量的波动，建筑工程的成本造价市场也随着波动。但是，面对巨大的市场需求量，建筑公司所要考虑的，不仅是工程的质量，还要兼顾建筑成本的投入及成本回报率。由于市场需求量增加，因而为了在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势地位，建筑公司一方面可以通过提高工程质量来实现，另一方面可以通过有效控制成本造价来实现。丰富的实践经验证明后者在提高市场竞争力的过程更加受到建筑公司的青睐。如何有效地实现建筑工程成本造价的有效控制，实现其高效的动态管理，是当前及未来一段时间内，建筑工程发展的重点内容。高效的建筑工程动态造价控制，可以实现建筑公司对于市场的更好把控，进而有效提高其市场竞争力，为其发展带来更大的经济收益。……
