摘 要：位于河南省南阳市城区的溧河河源水生态环境复杂、功能多样、污染严重、人居环境恶化。通过研究溧河河源水环境生态治理技术，分析溧河河源水环境现状及存在的问题，结合前期溧河综合治理工程，探讨了近期河道底泥处理、水生植物系统构建、后期截污清淤、水系连通以及清水长流等治理措施，对河源生态治理提出了综合整治方案和溧河管理维护建议。

Study on Ecological Treatment Technology of Water Environment

in the Source of Li River

Abstract： Li River located in the city of Nanyang， Henan Province， has a complex ecological environment， multiple functions， serious pollution and deterioration of human settlements. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the water environment of the river headwaters of the Li river， combining with the comprehensive harnessing project of the Li River in the early stage， this paper probes into the treatment measures of river bottom mud treatment in the near future， the construction of aquatic plant system， the later stage of sewage interception and desilting， the connection of water system and the normal flow of clear water， et al.

河源水环境存在缺乏清水补给、流动性差以及生态脆弱等特点。特别是位于河南省南阳市城区的溧河河源，水环境生态恶化，河道淤积严重，雨水等自然河水极少，排入河道的大多为污水、废水，水体黑臭，污染严重，完全丧失了自净能力。城市建成区对河道及水体的生态、环境及水景观要求迫切，居民的关注度高，生态治理的标准和要求高。

本文结合前期溧河综合治理工程，对南阳市溧河河源段水环境现状进行充分的调查，分析研究存在的问题，通过处理河源段河道的底泥、构建水生植物系统以及落实管理维护措施等途径，解决近期河源污染水体对下游河道水环境的影响，提出了后期对河源河段进行截污清淤、水系连通以及清水长流等治理措施，改善河源区域水环境生态和人居环境，有效提升河源区域的价值和城市的整体功能与风貌。
