摘 要：随着互联网和现代化信息技术的发展，企业市场环境日益复杂化、国际化，知识经济时代背景下企业实施突破性创新的影响因素也随之多样化。为研究IT驱动的知识吸收能力如何影响企业的突破性创新，本文基于知识吸收能力理论、知识整合理论和组织任务环境理论，系统构建IT驱动的知识吸收能力影响企业突破性创新的机制模型，并研究知识整合与组织任务环境对作用过程的影响机制。研究结果表明IT驱动的知识吸收能力通过企业知识整合对企业突破性创新具有显著正向影响，而组织任务环境起调节作用。

Abstract：With the development of Internet and modern information technology， the market environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complicated and internationalized. Under the background of knowledge economy， the influencing factors of enterprises implementing breakthrough innovation are also diversified. In order to study the impact of IT driven knowledge absorption capacity on the breakthrough innovation of enterprises， this paper systematically constructs a mechanism model of IT driven knowledge absorptive capacity influencing breakthrough innovation based on knowledge absorptive capacity theory， knowledge integration theory and organizational task environment theory， and studies the influence mechanism of knowledge integration and organizational task environment on action process. The results show that IT driven knowledge absorption capacity has a significant positive impact on enterprise breakthrough innovation through enterprise knowledge integration， while organizational task environment plays a regulatory role.

1 引言

随着现代技术的快速发展及企业转型步伐加快，企业发展的决定力量已从传统的资源向知识资源转化。企业若想在竞争中占据优势，则需要不断提高知识吸收以及技术创新能力。从资源基础理论的观点来看，企业通过异质性资源来获得市场竞争优势，这种异质性资源具有价值性、稀缺性并很难替代。企业的知识储备、知识更新、创新程度及知识应用决定了企业现有资源优化配置的效果和创新能力，而企业创新领域中突破性创新成果极其重要。突破性创新是以全新的知识为基础，打破既有的技术轨道，对技术或产品进行颠覆性改造的创新模式[1]。因而，研究组织、技术、市场、资源等因素同突破性创新的影响机理，关系着企业实现突破性创新的成败。……
