【摘  要】英语，就像是学生成长路上的陪伴者一样，为学生增添了别样的色彩，让学生的学习不再枯燥，给学生打开了不一样的世界。学生在学习英语知识的时候，应关注到英语的精彩，端正自己的态度，认真对待英语。但是，部分学生难以真正融入英语中，对英语存在畏惧心理。初中英语教师要提升学生的英语素养，考虑到学生的心理，为学生设置不同的学习环节，诸如生活、问题、实践、评价来使学生放松，提高学生的学习能力，拓展学生的发展道路。

【Abstract】English， like a companion on the growth of students， adds a different kind of color to students， makes students' learning no longer boring， and opens up a different world to students. When learning English knowledge， students should pay attention to the excitement of English， correct their attitudes， and take English seriously. However， some students find it difficult to truly integrate into English and are afraid of English. Junior high school English teachers should improve the students English literacy， take into account the students psychology， and set up different learning links for students， such as life， problems， practice， and evaluation to relax students， improve students learning ability， and expand students development paths.

初中英語教师在教学中培养学生的英语素养，应将重点放在学生身上，综合学生的情况对学生进行培养，使学生能够在教师的关注下，获得优质的学习资源，收获英语学习的快乐，成为英语课堂的“定海神针”，不再为逃避英语学习而“绞尽脑汁”，而是将自己的智慧应用到英语探索中，改变自己的态度。

一、穿插生活环节——提升学生的表达素养

初中英语教师在教学中培养学生的英语素养，可以通过穿插生活环节来提升学生的表达素养。教师在课堂上穿插生活环节，能够将学生带入生活场景中，让学生在生活的影响下了解英语，知道英语是怎样与生活建立联系的，使学生看待英语更加客观，感受英语学习的乐趣。学生在生活环节的驱动下，对生活中出现的英语知识进行了分析，知道英语离自己的生活并不遥远，而是近在眼前，只有积极探索英语，才能挖掘出英语与生活的关系，了解二者之间的紧密联系。……
