摘要：目的 分析血常规检验中开展全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验方法的效用。方法 用2020年1月-2021年1月在院需进行血常规检验的64例患者进行此次探究，全需联合检验，统计检验结果。结果 联合检验后，单核粒细胞等检出率较高，能体现出联合检验的作用。结论 联合检验能提高血常规检验质量，尽快明确血样情况，检验效果高。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the utility of automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology test in blood routine test. Methods from January 2020 to January 2021，64 patients who need blood routine test in our hospital were investigated. All patients need joint test，and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results after the joint test，the detection rate of monocytes was high，which could reflect the role of joint test. Conclusion combined test can improve the quality of blood routine test，clarify the blood sample situation as soon as possible，and the test effect is high.

血常規能为很多疾病提供基础数据，展现出血液中的各项指标。利用血常规数据能尽快发现问题，缩短诊断时间【1】。本次研究对联合检验高度重视，通过检验结果验证全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验的应用价值，提高血常规检验优质性，加快检验速度，详见下述。

1  资料和方法

1.1一般资料

用2020年1月-2021年1月在院需进行血常规检验的64例患者进行此次探究，全需联合检验。共有41例男、23例女，均（51.39±2.74）岁。

1.2方法

联合检验：先让患者至少空腹8小时，次日清晨在空腹状态下采集两管肘静脉血，每管大概3ml，标注好A和B，试管用乙二胺四乙酸二甲抗凝管，将B管放入低温冰箱备用。将A管让在全自动血细胞分析仪中，为Eppendorf品牌的5702型，设置好相关参数，10分钟后分析检验结果，重点关注红细胞、单核粒细胞等。然后再向A管中滴入瑞士染色液，制作好血涂片后，在显微镜下观察细胞性状，显微镜用Olympus BX 41型，校准好仪器后对白细胞计数等进行观察、统计。由两名专业医师协同完成。……
