摘要：目的 成人水痘选择阿昔洛韦与更昔洛韦治疗的临床差异进行对比分析。方法 本次研究对象为本院收治的100例成人水痘患者，由计算机随机均分成两组。应用阿昔洛韦治疗纳入对照组，与应用更昔洛韦治疗的纳入观察组，对比两组治疗后症状改善情况及治疗安全性。结果 观察组退热时间短于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），两组结痂时间及不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 选择更昔洛韦治疗成人水痘，相比于阿昔洛韦治疗可缩短退热时间提升治疗有效性，临床效果理想值得推荐应用。

[Abstract]Objective To compare and analyze the clinical differences between acyclovir and ganciclovir in the treatment of adult varicella. Methods 100 adult varicella patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The patients in the control group were treated with acyclovir，and the patients in the observation group were treated with ganciclovir. The improvement of symptoms and treatment safety were compared between the two groups. Results the antipyretic time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the scab time and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion compared with acyclovir in the treatment of adult varicella，ganciclovir can shorten the antipyretic time and improve the therapeutic effectiveness. The clinical effect is ideal，which is worthy of recommendation.

臨床感染科发病率较高的传染病为水痘，10岁以下儿童是高发群体，通常是呼吸道感染水痘带状疱疹病毒所致【1】。成人患者也存在发病几率，且发病后情况较重，疱疹呈全身性分布。临床通常应用抗病毒类药物进行治疗，其中临床应用较为广泛的药物包括阿昔洛韦及更昔洛韦【2-4】。为了进一步明确两种药物治疗成人水痘的临床差异，本次研究纳入本院收治的成人水痘患者100例，随机分为两组分别应用两种药物进行治疗，观察并比较临床症状改善效果、治疗有效性及安全性，旨在为疾病临床治疗提供更多参考依据。用药方法及研究结果汇报如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究对象均为本院2020年1月至2020年12月期间收治的100例成人水痘患者，由计算机随机均分成两组。以上成人患者均综合确诊为水痘（符合《传染病学》水痘诊断标准），研究经伦理委员核准且患者家属了解研究流程及目的签署同意文件后开展;排除精神异常患者、传染性疾病患者、对本次使用药物过敏患者。……
